Beyond Yoga Classes
Yoga has been cleansing the minds, bodies, and souls of mindful individuals for over 2,500 years. Though our typical style is hot, intensive and physically-demanding, we understand that some people are just beginning their journey. We’re proud to offer a variety of classes and events to fit every schedule and level of expertise. Our restorative class is the easiest and least-intensive, and we’ll also be launching a basics class that will provide students with a breakdown of the poses. The Warm Gentle Flow class is a great way to ease into power yoga as it uses a lower heat setting and gentle flowing motions to arrive to the very same depth, but with a degree of delicacy. Pradhana is a safe haven for any and all kinds of healing. Whether you’ve never done a class or have done one hundred, we’re excited to take this journey with you. We’re currently looking for experienced and enthusiastic teachers. Interested applicants should be trained in vinyasa power yoga.
